If you pay by cheque please attach a copy of your order with your cheque and make sure it arrives within three working days as per the terms and conditions. We will try to contact you before cancelling a booking but if we do not hear back and no cheque is received the booking may be cancelled.
When you book via Paypal/debit or credit card, or BACS, please make sure you make the payment at the same time as booking. We cannot guarantee your space if you have not paid at the time of booking. We will make an effort to contact you before we cancel, but it would be very much appreciated if you could pay at the same time as this simplifies reconciliation. If you change your mind, please let us know so we can cancel your booking.
