Hours of contact: 09.00- 19.00 daily except Saturdays (because I work the whole day and can't get back to you), Sundays and Mondays are days off.

If I don't answer I'm afraid it is because I am in a consultation or travelling, or it is out of hours. Please leave a message though and I will get back to you as soon as I can. I may not be able to call you back on the same day due to strange working hours but will call you as soon as possible.

To book classes the quickest way is to go to Book Classes. This process is quick and easy. Payment options are via paypal, debit card, credit card or via cheque. Alternatively please call us to book a space.
