It may not always be necessary for me to see your dog to be able to advise you on how to solve a problem. Typically the kinds of things I can safely help with via a telephone consultation are:

I am happy to provide a telephone consultation for these issues. If it transpires that you do require a home visit to resolve the issue then I am happy to discount the cost of the telephone consultation against the cost of a home visit. Sometimes these behaviours are part of a wider and more complex picture, but I feel comfortable that most cases could be helped via a phone or Skype consultation.

To book a telephone/Skype consultation we would need to have an initial free chat to arrange an appointment and exchange contact details (phone/Skype/Facetime address). These appointments need to be booked and paid for up front and can be arranged (largely) at your convenience. During the free chat, I am open to helping you via a telephone consultation for other issues, we can discuss these, but it might be that it would not be the best option and I would explain this at the time. If I feel I can safely help you via telephone, then I will.

Costs: £15.00 per half an hour. I would not consider doing more than 1 hour via phone because if it takes longer, it is likely that a visit would be more helpful.
